We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. The following is our Refund Policy for our online and offline food ordering services.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us at +44 20 7946 0958 immediately. Orders can only be canceled before they have entered the preparation stage. Once the preparation has begun, we cannot accept cancellations.
Refund Eligibility
Upon receiving your order, if you find that an item is missing, the wrong item has been delivered, or the food is in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately at +44 20 7946 0958. Eligibility for refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction.
- For missing items: Please reach out to us within an hour of the order being marked as delivered.
- For unsatisfactory condition: Refund requests should be filed within 2 hours from the time of delivery, supported by photographic evidence.
- Wrong items delivered: Please do not consume the item and notify us within an hour of delivery for a refund or a replacement.
Non-refundable Items
Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not provide refunds on any food items that have been accepted and/or consumed. If you have disposed of the item before we could assess the claim, we will be unable to issue a refund.
Refund Process
Once your refund request has been reviewed and accepted, we will process your refund back to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. In the case of credit card payments, the refund time will depend on your card issuer's policies.
Credits
At times, instead of a refund, we may offer credit to be used at CopperWaveHouse for your next purchase. This will be communicated to you directly and is at the discretion of our customer service team.
