'CopperWaveHouse originated from a dream: to offer genuine Neapolitan pizza in London. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our small, family-operated pizzeria has cherished recipes passed through generations.
Marco Rossi, our visionary founder, mastered the pizza craft during her Italian sojourn, particularly in Naples, where pizza was conceived. She came back to the UK with a mission to replicate the mesmerizing taste of Italian pizza, adhering to timeless methods and premium materials.
Our journey from a humble 12-seat restaurant to a cherished community landmark has seen expansion yet our devotion to excellence and tradition remains intact. We still embrace wood-fired ovens, freshly prepared daily dough, and select top-tier ingredients.
Currently, 'CopperWaveHouse' is still under the care of the Rossi family, with its second generation taking the helm of our enthusiastic crew. Though we've adopted new technologies, the essence of our operations stays true to producing scrumptious, genuine pizza that unifies our patrons.
